Ordering
When making an order you accept these terms and conditions, product prices and delivery fees. An email confimation of the order is sent to a given email address. Limited number of products available. Minimum order 20 euros.
Orders over 75 € without delivery fees in Finland.
Shipping and delivery fees within Europe 20€. For orders over 100€ the delivery fees are 10€.
Outside Europe delivery fees are 30€.
Paying
Visma Pay acts as the payment service provider (Visma Payments Oy, VAT number 2486559-4), which has been registered in Finanssivalvontas maksulaitosrekisteri. You pay the order through Visma Pay web service and the receiver seen on invoice is Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay transfers the payments to the webshop. All traffic regarding payment is encrypted.
The order is between the webshop and the customer. The webshop is liable for matters conserning the trade.

Delivery
Orders are delivered during business days. Products in store are normally delivered within 1-2 business days. Delviery fees are calculated depending on the delivery and destination. You can see the delivery fees during checkout. Sender is in charge of deliveries without fees.
If a product has gone missing or damaged during delivery the customer must inform the webshop about this within 14 days. Packages damaged in shipping must be informed to the shipping company immediately.
Pick up from store
Your order will be generally ready within one business day. You will receive notification by email, when the order will be ready for pick up. We store orders in our store for 14 days, after which the order will be delivered by mail, unless an extension has been agreed for the order storage. If the order must be delivered, the delivery and handling fees will be invoiced.
When picking up a pre paid delivery from the store, you must have an personal identification with you. If someone else will be picking up the order, they will need a letter of attorney from the buyer.
Returns
Customers have a right to return products in sellable condition within 14 days. The customer has the right to change or return one or all of the products in an order. Individual stamps from bigger packages we do not change. All products being returned must be in sellable condition and in original packaging. In case or a return please contact the webshop and ask for instructions.

Prior to the order being sent for shipping, it can be cancelled by emailing us.
