The catalog describes groups of provisionals and changes in postal rates, and shows how to distinguish genuine stamps from forgeries, providing many images of the latter. 1st edition of the catalogue was sold very fast and it received a Gold medal at World stamp exhibition in China in 2019 and two Large Gold medals in USA in 2019.
